An Essential Tension: The balance between #structure and #flexibility.

Running our company remotely provides a ton of flexibility for our employees, which I love. But it's important to balance that flexible schedule with a structure of accountability -- morning meetings, stating our daily / weekly goals for each other every day, vid chat meetings to clarify anything at any time.

This creates balance. An equilibrium where our freedoms are wrapped into responsibilities that we all embrace and share.
