This is the amazing cataplana. Dear Portugal, thank you!

Cataplana is a seafood stew cooked in a copper double pan and served with rice. The seafood was amazing and the sauce was, inexplicably, even better.

We had this dish with one local red wine, four dear friends, and two hours of laughter and love.

Spectacular.
