Leaving Ireland
With gratitude and love for our host Felicity, her dear family and friends we leave Northern Ireland back for Amari today. We’ve seen pubs, “sailed” in a regatta, visited the Titanic Museum and the Irish Shutter Island (The Crumlin Road gaol), had a brilliant road trip along the coast, ancient dolmen burial tomb cairns, saw the most artfully made porcelain I’ve ever seen, and toured the Bushmill’s Whiskey distillery.
I’ll post more detail on the porcelain, the pubs, and the prison after we get back to Amari.
As chilly as it is in Northern Ireland (even in the dead of summer!), we were warmed by the love around us.
